In 1994, all of our employees became employee/owners when they purchased one third of the bank stock through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
The employee/owners want to give that something extra. They are motivated by participating in the growth and profit of the bank and know by giving better service, they and their customers benefit accordingly.
