The First National Bank of Berryville is technologically positioned to handle all processing needs well into the 21st Century. We are constantly evaluating our systems and performing updates to ensure that we have the most up to date processing capabilities.
Our telephone banking system interfaces directly into our core processing system enabling customers to call in 24 hours a day and access up-to-the-minute transactions and balances. Customers are also able to transfer funds, review cleared checks and deposits, and check deposit rates.
In 2000, we introduced Internet Banking to our customers. This system also interfaces directly into our core processing system. Our utilization of check and statement imaging allows customers to be able to view Check Images and Statements from the convenience of any PC with the required encryption level. Customers can also view their up-to-the-minute balances and transactions, transfer funds, make loan payments, download transactions into their financial software, and even pay bills with our optional Bill-Payment service.
